Spencer Hamilton

Owner and Licensed Builder

Spencer grew up renovating homes alongside his father and worked from Florida to Maine to New Zealand, specializing in custom carpentry. Since 2013, Spencer has worked for prominent renovation companies here in Charleston, sharpening his craft in historic restoration and architectural design specific to the Lowcountry. Spencer founded Hamilton Builders in 2018, and since then has provided the highest quality craftsmanship.

Kristin Hamilton

Business Operations Manager

Kristin handles all of the behind-the-scenes logistics of the business, making it a seamless experience for the clients. Although Kristin is often found working behind the desk, she loves helping clients sift through the many design decisions they’ll make during their home renovation.
