DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON

Originally built in 1830, this historic “Charleston single” was recently brought it back to life. Hamilton Builders worked closely with the city’s Board of Architectural Review to restore the architecture of this home back to its original design and craftsmanship. The foundation was completely rebuilt and a new two-story addition was added to the back side of the home. In true Charleston fashion, the house showcases the home’s three original fireplaces and a double porch along the south side of the house.
