Standard Construction Process
Our Standard Construction Contract process is best suited for clients who already have drawings for their project and are ready to move forward with Hamilton Builders for their project. We will take the drawings, estimate the project cost, and then move into a construction contract. We will then submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy.
Design-Build Process
Our Design, then Build process is ideal for clients that may need help conceptualizing the overall design details of their project. The Design portion of this process can be completely customized to your needs, including mapping out floorplans, architectural drawings, and interior design elevations - helping clients visualize and plan before construction. After the Design Phase, we will take the drawings, estimate the project cost, and then move into the Construction Phase, where we will submit for permits and build your project.
