This 1908 historic cottage was thoughtfully restored from the ground up and brought back to life for its next chapter. This was a true restoration, one that kept the character that made this cottage special while completely reworking it for modern coastal living. We completely rebuilt the quintessential front porch and carport, installed Andersen windows throughout, and opened the interior up with soaring vaulted ceilings and classic shiplap walls. A tucked-away loft now sits under the roofline, the bathroom features custom tilework, and a new rear addition creates a private primary bedroom. Custom built-ins run throughout the home, and thoughtful brickwork and details honor the original house. The goal was never to make it feel brand new. It was to make it feel like it had always been this way: 1908 character, restored for the next 100 years.
