This 1930s downtown Charleston home was thoughtfully renovated from the studs up, carefully preserving its historic character while reimagining it for modern living. The project included a full interior renovation with structural updates to create a spacious kitchen and open-concept living area. A covered porch was added to the rear of the home, along with a large backyard workshop for added functionality.
